Over 35 years’ experience working with C-level Executives and Board Members, with particular expertise in Management Consulting, Insurance and Financial Services sectors, holding senior management and operational roles, providing oversight on key areas including strategy, growth, Compliance, Governance & Risk, IT, People & Culture and marketing/brand management. 

Creating & driving strategy to support the vision and purpose, setting accompanying budgets and translating this into operational execution & efficiency, I achieve results by ensuring an improvement in customer experience and ROI. This has been supported by driving business transformation through M&A activity, leading post deal integration & operating model refinement alongside project management. 

Performance oriented, I am a people and process focussed leader, curious, and an influencer, who drives the agility, change management & culture development needed for successful internal and external outcomes, in a hybrid environment.
